Soar Chocolate Block is our first collaboration with local cocoa roasters, Ratio. This decadent treat is inspired by Soar, our seasonal espresso which blends together coffees with a fruity and sweet flavour profile. Ratio’s dark chocolate brings the depth of flavour similar to what you’d find in roasted coffee.
Combined with freeze dried fruits, it brings out natural sweet berry notes and punchy acidity. Finished with a dusting of panela for an added caramelised element, we hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
Cacao beans (63%), raw cane sugar, panela, raspberries, strawberries. Dairy, soy, gluten and nut free, however, made in a facility that handles gluten and nuts.
