Introduction to Espresso - 2 hours
Recommended for hospitality staff or serious home enthusiasts.
Learn new or improve your already existing skills in coffee making. This course covers the six essential steps of the art of espresso: - milk quality and heating rules - standards and recipes - cleaning and maintenance.
(This is a prerequisite to the Advanced Barista course)
  
$150 per person or $300 per session with maximum of 4 people.


Latte Art - 2 hours
Recommended for hospitality staff.
Turn milk into silk and the learn how to paint the perfect pattern to finish the ultimate espresso experience. Learn how to freepour a rosetta, heart or tulip and understand how to etch more complicated patterns like a flower or snail shell.
 
$150 per person or $300 per session with maximum 4 people.   

 

 
Advanced Barista Training - 2 hours
Prerequisite to the Advanced Barista is 'Barista Basic Skills/Introduction to Espresso'.

With espresso coffee being such an important part of the hospitality industry, this course looks at how to improve your skills and become a Barista that sets themselves apart from the competition. Understand what makes a coffee stand out in such a competitive market and grow your kg business.

-Manually dosing and tamping
-Factors affecting espresso coffee production
-Advanced milk texturing
-Keeping up in a busy café/order processing
 
$200 per person or $400 per session with maximum 4 people.
