This course covers the six essential steps of the art of espresso - milk quality and heating rules - standards and recipes - cleaning and maintenance. The Daily Grind

Caring for the grinder is just as important as caring for the espresso machine, in the same way that a good quality grinder is as important as the espresso machine delivering that perfect espresso. In this session you will be taken through the importance of the correct grind setting. You be become familiar with the components of the grinder and their use.
