General Shipping Policy

• We aim to process and pack all orders on the same business day when placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day.
• We deliver our online orders using a mix of Australia Post and Startrack Express services. For estimated delivery times see below.
• Startrack - approximately 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatch
• Australia Post Express - approximately 2-4 working days to arrive after dispatch
• Australia Post Standard - approximately 5-8 working days to arrive after dispatch
• WA, NT and rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping for orders over $70
• Standard shipping rate of $8 for orders under $70
• Express shipping rate of $10 available
• Startrack shipping rate of $15 available
• If you require delivery to a PO Box please note the Startrack option is not available
• Please note all online orders are shipped from our Head Office in Melbourne, Victoria

Orders Containing Alcohol

Veneziano Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd requires all parcels containing alcohol products to be signed for on delivery. These items are sent by Australia Post using their Parcel Post Alcohol delivery service. Supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons aged 18 years or older.
