Barista Training - Espresso at Home - MELBOURNE

Sick and tired of owning a domestic espresso machine but not being able to produce cafe quality coffee?  Thinking of buying a domestic machine, but want to know what making quality espresso based drinks at home entails?  Join our skilled baristas for a session that covers all of the basics:

• Introduction to Espresso Machines and Grinders
• Drink Definitions
• Extracting Espresso
• Texturing Milk
• Cleaning and Maintenance

Participants who own their own equipment are encouraged to bring it along.  Some domestic espresso machines are kept on site.  Please let us know if you would like to use one of ours.

Courses run Monday Nights and Saturday Mornings
