If you are a current wholesale Veneziano customer, then this is the course for you. Learn new or improve your already existing skills in coffee making. This course covers the six essential steps of the art of espresso: - milk quality and heating rules - standards and recipes - cleaning and maintenance.
 
Recommended for manager(s) and key coffee making staff. Free to all Veneziano wholesale customers.

(This is a prerequisite to the Advanced Barista course)
