As one of the highest grades of white tea available, Pai Mu Tan is the perfect refresher after a hard day. Steeping at 70°C for 3 min brings out slight hints of peony. Steeping at 95°C for 7 min creates a richer, golden elixir with a cleansing finish. These tea leaves can be used twice.
