Espresso Course: a very full and developed espresso with heavy liquor and mouth feel. Hints of licorice, cloves and carmalised orange citrus.

Cappuccino Course: it is best described as a dark milk chocolate orange - caramelised orange citrus with a dominate dark cocoa finish.
