This blend changes with what is seasonally available from origin. The origins are minimum Specialty grade (80+) micro-lots. Often these micro-lots are exclusive in Australia to the Bond St roasters.
The current Blend #03 is 50% Brasil Lambari Estate, 30% Colombia Santa Rita and 20% Tanzania Ngorongoro Blue.
