Our Coffee
Our award winning gourmet coffee blends have been designed over the past decade and continue to evolve to satisfy changing tastes and match harvest at origin. Our single origin micro-lot line-up changes weekly, with a focus on either specific farms, coffee tree varietal or processing method – there’s so much more than simply a country origin!
In selecting green and developing roast profiles, we use some fancy science tools and software. But at the end of the day it comes down to cupping and tasting between our roasters and baristas to make continual improvements.
