We had a ball at ABC07. Our team of five baristi flew across for the open event and the final. Con won the open event, with Erin coming a close second. This entitled Con to compete in the finals alongside David, who had qualified by winning in Victoria, and Erin, who competed first up solely to calibrate the judges. When all was said and done, David finished second by the barest of margins, with Con trailing at sixth after his signature drink vessels melted unexpectedly. Although Erin's competition did not count, we were all extraordinarily proud of her score - watch out for her in 08.
